All our products are delivered islandwide in Sri Lanka.
All orders are processed + dispatched within 2-5 business days with the exception of orders received during the weekends, festivals and special holidays.

Delivery will be done through a courier service within 3-7 working days.

If you’re experiencing an issue with a CHC product, please include photos and a detailed description in your email so that our team can determine how to best lend a helping hand.
We require the proof of receipt in the rare event that you are dissatisfied with our product so that we can exchange the item with a similar product in our range or check on any other alternative. We would appreciate if you could contact us directly in order for us to provide you with a great shopping experience.
The exchange/return process must be started within 30 days of the original date of delivery and requires proof of purchase (e.g. payment receipt, invoice number, order confirmation email). We cannot accept exchanges or returns on sale items or third party products.
Please note that courier charges are applicable for exchange/ return orders, which will take within 3-4 days after your request for an exchange has been placed.
