Their healing power comes from eucalyptus oil, which is made from the tree’s oval-shaped leaves. There are a plethora of uses that come from Eucalyptus oil. Some of them include pharmaceutical uses to relieve allergic symptoms, industrial antiseptic uses, food flavorings and as insect repellants. Today, most over-the-counter cough medications have eucalyptus oil as one of their active ingredients. It helps in promoting a relaxing environment and clear breathing when used as diffuser oil.

Collection Method: Steam distillation

Directions for Use:
Diffusion: Diffuse three to four drops of essential oil with water in a ceramic or electric diffuser daily.
Topical use:
Apply one to two drops to desired area. Dilute with a carrier oil to minimize any skin sensitivity.

As a vapour rub:
- Combine 4 drops of Eucalyptus essential oil with 4 drops of Peppermint essential oil and 4 drops of carrier oil and rub on chest to relieve congestion.*
- Use as needed starting from the minimum number of drops.
