Orange essential oil has a sweet and bright aroma creating that feeling of an uplifting burst of liquid sun soaked morning on a tropical orchard of orange trees. First known use dates back to about 300 B.C. in China. Given sweet orange’s cheerful character, it is a great oil to fight against anxiety, anger and low mood.

For abdominal pain, muscle pain, or cramps, mix a few drops of sweet orange essential oil with a carrier oil and massage gently onto the affected area.
